The rules for the next stages of the tanning process are dictated by the practice dating back nearly a century.

The vegetable products used for tanning are exactly the same as in the past, and the finishing is done by hand in order to give the leather the artisan look that is the principal characteristic of vegetable leather.

Our vegetable tanned leather is used in Italy and around the world for leathergoods, belts, bookbinding - small leathergoods, footwear and home furnishings.
